Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Analyze manufacturing operations and develop process improvements and recommendations

• Create detailed work instructions to drive efficiency and zero-defect production

• Develop rework instructions (DRDI/DMT) and manage engineering change implementation

• Author and manage MBOMs in systems such as SAP Solumina or Corridor

• Conduct make-or-buy analysis support vendor selection and resolve supplier issues

• Perform productibility studies from engineering drawings

• Support planning scheduling and resource allocation for manufacturing activities

• Apply statistical analysis to forecast manufacturing requirements and performance

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across multiple organizations

• Develop and present business cases for process improvements

• Ensure adherence to quality safety sustainability and ergonomic standards

• Train and support team members; may lead or supervise personnel

• Stay current with advanced manufacturing technologies and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 4 years of manufacturing engineering or related experience

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes tooling and production flow

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation

• Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP Solumina Corridor etc.)

• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
