Diverse Agile Solutions (DAS) is seeking a highly skilled AEM Website Developer to support the design development enhancement and maintenance of enterprise-level web platforms built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will possess strong front-end and back-end AEM development experience a deep understanding of modern web technologies and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams in an Agile environment.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule based in Adelphi Maryland.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain websites and web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Build and customize AEM components templates workflows and services
Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and modern frameworks
Integrate AEM with third-party systems APIs and enterprise applications
Collaborate with UX/UI designers business analysts and content authors to deliver high-quality digital experiences
Implement reusable components and scalable web solutions following best practices
Troubleshoot debug and optimize website performance and functionality
Support content migration authoring workflows and publishing processes
Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards security policies and coding standards
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning stand-ups code reviews and retrospectives
Create and maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
5 years of web development experience
3 years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development experience
Strong experience with:
AEM 6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service
Java OSGi Sling and JCR
HTL/Sightly
HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and jQuery
React Angular or other modern JavaScript frameworks
RESTful APIs and integrations
Git and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
