Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AEM Forms solutions including Adaptive Forms XFA forms and Form Data Models
- Build and customize AEM components templates and workflows
- Develop OSGi services Sling Models and RESTful APIs for AEM integrations
- Implement form workflows approvals and automation using AEM Forms Workflow
- Integrate AEM Forms with backend systems (e.g. CRM ERP databases APIs)
- Ensure performance optimization security and scalability of AEM applications
- Work with front-end technologies (HTML5 JavaScript CSS) for form customization
- Participate in code reviews debugging and troubleshooting issues
- Collaborate with architects designers and business stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms
- Expertise in Adaptive Forms XFA Forms and AEM Workflows
- Proficiency in Java J2EE Sling OSGi and JCR
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
- Knowledge of HTML5 JavaScript CSS and client-side scripting
- Experience with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of AEM architecture and deployment models (Cloud/On-Prem)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
