Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement scalable AEM-based digital solutions.
- Provide hands-on development and technical leadership across AEM projects.
- Design content models reusable components and integration frameworks.
- Manage Akamai CDN configurations caching security and performance optimization.
- Drive CI/CD DevOps and Cloud Manager deployment strategies.
- Integrate AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud APIs and enterprise systems.
- Ensure website scalability security accessibility and SEO best practices.
- Contribute to MCP-based AI agents and content automation initiatives.
- Mentor teams conduct architecture reviews and establish development standards.
Required Skills:
- 11 years of IT experience with 5 years in AEM architecture.
- Strong expertise in AEM Sites AEM Cloud Service Sling OSGi JCR HTL/Sightly and Java.
- Experience with Akamai CDN DevOps CI/CD and enterprise integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
