Account Executive
Senior Account Executive
Location-Type: Hybrid NYC or Chicago preferred; remote eligible if able to work EST hours

Duration: Contract-to-Hire through EOY with potential to extend

Job Description:
The client is seeking two communications professionals one at the Account Executive level and one at the Senior Account Executive level to support a high-priority pharma product communications workstream in a fast-paced regulated agency environment.
Job Summary
Manage day-to-day account activity including timelines workplans status trackers action items and deadlines
Develop communications materials such as social posts leadership talking points messaging documents media Q&As and briefing materials
Support communications for celebrity spokespeople and organizational leadership including talking points and messaging
Coordinate across internal teams and workstreams to keep deliverables moving and deadlines on track
Manage materials through internal and client review processes maintaining version control feedback tracking and approvals
Route and support materials through MLR (Medical Legal Regulatory) review and regulated communications processes
Monitor relevant media coverage competitor activity and industry developments flagging timely information to the team
Minimum Requirements:
1 years of PR or communications experience for the AE role; 2-3 years for the SAE role with agency experience strongly preferred
Strong writing skills with the ability to develop clean thoughtful first drafts of client-facing communications materials
Excellent organization attention to detail and project and account management skills across multiple fast-moving workstreams
Comfort working within a regulated communications environment and navigating structured review and approval processes
Ability to work EST hours and commit to a full-time 40-hour-per-week engagement
Preferred Qualifications:
Health pharma or health and wellness communications experience with pharma product communications experience prioritized for the SAE role
Familiarity with MLR review processes and Veeva submissions
Experience supporting celebrity or executive spokesperson communications including talking points and media Q&A development
Proactive working style with demonstrated ability to manage up anticipate needs and identify timeline or deliverable risks without waiting for direction
