The Advertising Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution and quality assurance of Advertising Operations while supporting and developing the Campaign Management team. This role serves as a key point of leadership between Campaign Managers internal departments clients and agencies to ensure advertising campaigns are launched managed and reported accurately and efficiently.

The Advertising Operations Supervisor provides guidance training and support to Campaign Managers helps establish priorities and workflows monitors campaign deliverables and serves as an escalation point for complex issues. The role requires strong organizational communication analytical and problem-solving skills along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Provide day-to-day direction support and guidance to Campaign Managers and team members.
  • Help establish priorities manage workloads and ensure campaigns and projects remain on schedule.
  • Review work for accuracy completeness and adherence to established processes and standards.
  • Identify training needs and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Serve as an escalation point for campaign client and operational issues
  • Foster a collaborative customer-focused team environment.

Client & Agency Support

  • Support Campaign Managers in building and maintaining strong client and agency relationships.
  • Oversee client communications including campaign updates performance discussions issue resolution and follow-up.
  • Help ensure client questions and requests are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Escalate complex client concerns when appropriate and coordinate internal resources to reach resolution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Guidance

  • Partner with Sales Planning Inventory Finance and other internal teams to support successful campaign execution.
  • Ensure communication between departments regarding campaign requirements and client expectations are understood and met.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.
  • Support cross-department initiatives and projects as assigned.

Reporting Analytics & Quality Assurance

  • Oversee campaign reporting and ensure reports are accurate timely.
  • Review performance data and help identify trends issues and opportunities for optimization.
  • Ensure campaign documentation and processes are consistently followed.
  • Monitor quality-control processes and address recurring errors or operational gaps.
  • Help develop and implement process improvements that increase efficiency accuracy and client satisfaction.

Process & Operational Improvement

  • Help establish and maintain efficient campaign workflows and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve team productivity.
  • Support the implementation of new systems tools and processes.
  • Contribute to documentation and training materials.
  • Assist leadership in identifying operational challenges and developing practical solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in campaign management digital advertising media operations or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and identify issues or opportunities.
  • Experience working with clients agencies and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach mentor or provide guidance to other team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with relevant campaign management reporting CRM and office technology platforms.

Experience & Training

Any combination of the following experience and training (Designated as required and/or preferred) that would provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.

Experience: 3 5 years related business experience.

Experience: College degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

SALARY RANGE & BENEFIT OPTIONS FOR COLORADO APPLICANTS:

Salary Range: Base Salary of approximately $55000 - $80000 annually plus bonus - compensation is commensurate with skills & experience.
