M9 Solutions is seeking anAdvanced Software Engineer to work hybrid remote/on-site on a government contract for a client located in Scottsdale AZ. An active Secret clearance is required.
Responsibilities
- Design develop test and maintain software applications or related Science Engineering or Mathematics fields ensuring they meet user requirements and perform efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions and troubleshoot issues.
- Design the next generation of cryptographic products as amember of a cross functional team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Bachelors degree in Software Engineering or related Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics field plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Masters degree plus 3 years relevant experience.
- Ability to lead the software development process.
- Expertise in applying technical standards and methodologies to solve challenges in creative ways.
- Collaborative team player eager to provide technical leadership and positioning others for success.
- Thorough knowledge of technology trends and willingness to champion new ideas and process improvements.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development for self and others.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Experience in RUST and C/C.
- Experience in developing software on embedded platforms.
- Experience working in an agile development environments.

Full-Time Employee Compensation
- M9 Solutions pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include but are not limited to responsibilities of the position education experience knowledge skills abilities as well as internal equity location alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
