Youll step into an outpatient primary care role providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Youll work alongside a supportive clinical team with a 2:1 nurse-to-provider ratio dedicated triage services and the resources needed to deliver quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

Five-day workweek consisting of 3 weekdays Saturday and Sunday
Saturday hours: 8:00 AM5:00 PM
Sunday hours: 12:00 PM4:00 PM
Approximately 20 patients per day
Strong clinical support with a 2:1 nurse-to-provider ratio
Dedicated LPN triage service to minimize after-hours call responsibilities
100% outpatient primary care setting
Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75000

You are a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
You hold an active unrestricted Florida license
Youre comfortable providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
You enjoy diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions
You value preventive medicine continuity of care and meaningful patient relationships

Base salary starting at $105000 annually increasing based on experience
