Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II

• Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to improve process efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing operations and support new product introductions.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify areas for process improvement and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics.
• Proven experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies including automation robotics and additive manufacturing.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control to drive continuous improvement.
• Experience with manufacturing process design validation and troubleshooting.

• Advanced degrees such as Masters or Ph.D. in Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in advanced manufacturing.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
