Job Summary
Duties and Responsibilities:
Dual credit program management
- Operate ResponsiveEds dual credit programs across all brands including course catalog management partner contracts and MOUs term planning and tuition/fee reconciliation in coordination with Finance.
- Maintain a master course-to-CCMR alignment crosswalk identifying which dual credit courses qualify as aligned (higher-weight) under the new three-tier accountability system.
- Review and advise on campus-level dual credit course offerings each semester based on alignment partner capacity and student demand.
- Lead onboarding and renewal of dual credit partnerships and partner with campuses to ensure the responsibilities of the campus and district are fulfilled.
Partnerships and program expansion
- Serve as the primary district point of contact for all college and university dual credit partners.
- Drive strategic expansion of associate degree and certificate pathways.
- Identify emerging partnership opportunities aligned with CCMR priorities and present them to the Director of CCMR with recommended terms.
- Coordinate institutional accreditation and articulation requirements with partner institutions.
Data compliance and reporting
- Maintain accurate student-level dual credit records in Skyward and the districts dual credit tracker.
- Track dual credit program expenses.
- Monitor course completion withdrawal and grade data escalating risk patterns to campuses and CCMR leadership.
- Support the Director of CCMR in preparing dual credit data for accountability reviews and TEA verifier data reconciliation.
Alumni and transcript services
- Manage the alumni transcript request process through Parchment ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate revenue tracking for the district.
- Maintain alumni outreach data that supports longitudinal CCMR outcome tracking.
Cross-functional collaboration and communications
- Represent dual credit and advanced academics in CCMR Department monthly reviews and brand-level planning sessions.
- Maintain and update internal CCMR newsletters announcements and department communications as directed.
- Assist with preparing and distributing campus-facing communications forms trackers reminders and guidance documents related to dual credit and advanced academic programs.
- Support transition to the foundational/demonstrated/advanced tier language by ensuring dual credit decisions are evaluated by CCMR tier value not legacy CCMR-point logic.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the CCMR Director.
