Youll connect with prospective students through calls texts social outreach campus tours and events-then support them throughout their journey from first inquiry to first day of class.

• Connect with prospective Future Professionals through phone calls texts emails and in-person appointments.

• Create engaging personalized campus tours that bring the Paul Mitchell culture and student experience to life.

• Guide prospective students through the enrollment process from their first inquiry through their first day of class.

• Build genuine relationships and provide consistent follow-up encouragement and support.

• Help prospective students feel informed confident and excited about their next step.

• Represent the school at high schools career fairs community events open houses and recruiting activities.

• Track enrollment activity manage leads in the CRM and support forecasting for upcoming class starts.

• Maintain accurate student records and enrollment documentation.

• Collaborate with Financial Aid Education and Student Services to create a smooth and welcoming student experience.

• Participate in professional development and leadership training.

• Contribute ideas positive energy and teamwork to our school culture.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Naturally connect with people and make them feel comfortable.

• Enjoy communicating by phone text email and face-to-face.

• Have experience in sales admissions recruiting hospitality customer service marketing or another people-focused role.

• Are motivated by goals and enjoy tracking your progress.

• Know how to follow up without giving up.

• Can balance multiple conversations appointments and priorities.

• Take initiative and work well independently.

• Enjoy collaborating with a supportive energetic team.

• Bring professionalism integrity creativity and a positive attitude to your work.

• Are comfortable learning new technology and using a CRM.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience in admissions enrollment recruiting sales hospitality customer service or marketing preferred.

• Experience in higher education career education or the beauty industry is a plus.

• Some college coursework is preferred but not required.

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Friday- 9-2pm
