Admission Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to support our office during the high-volume season. Located in the vibrant city of Providence RI this role offers the opportunity to work onsite at our office providing essential administrative support and excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will manage a multi-line phone system respond to inquiries and provide administrative support to prospective students and departmental records. Responsibilities include processing mail performing data entry and coordinating shipments of admission publications. This role requires someone who can work independently with a can do attitude and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.

• High school diploma
• 6 months 1 year of experience in administrative document processing customer service and database management
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
• Experience with office phones scanners and databases
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong data entry skills
• High familiarity with using a computer/laptop

• CRM experience is highly preferred

Work Schedule: 100% onsite Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. On-street parking and paid lot options available.
