Administrator

We are seeking a licensed Nursing HomeAdministrator in the North Central Oklahoma areato lead daily operations and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. This leadership role is responsible for regulatory compliance staff management financial performance and overall facility success.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of resident care safety and satisfaction
• Oversee all aspects of facility operations
• Ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations
• Manage budgets financial performance and resource allocation
• Promote a positive team-oriented workplace culture

Qualifications:

• Current Oklahoma LTC Administrator license (required)
• Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Nursing or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or healthcare leadership
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey readiness
• Proven leadership communication and organizational skills
• Financial and operational management experience
