Administrative Support Coordinator

Job Summary
Provide analytical and operational support for demo asset lifecycle management pricing administration inventory controls reporting and policy compliance and collaborate across departments to maintain accurate demo asset records and approved pricing while serving as a trained backup to the Pricing Administrator
Maintain Sample/Demo Account balances within established guidelines by coordinating equipment transfers pricing inventory rotation schedules bill-offs and issue resolution with Field Sales Representatives and management
Prepare monthly management reports administer and analyze Sample/Demo Account audits and support annual inventory and budget goals
Coordinate aging demo inventory cleanup efforts with Sales leadership to support year-end budget objectives
Coordinate the resale of returned Quantum equipment by working with Field and Corporate Sales teams to develop strategies for selling returned and aging inventory
Manage demo equipment donation requests and approvals
Train Field Sales personnel on Sample/Demo Account policies procedures and expectations
Administer the Demo App by approving access maintaining user profiles and coordinating training as needed
Coordinate the assignment and auditing of tracking devices deployed on Sample/Demo equipment
Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports measuring tracking-device deployment sales revenue compared with demo equipment deployment equipment utilization and aging and demo management by sales representative and region
Identify demo inventory trends exceptions aging equipment and other areas requiring Sales Management attention
Provide primary operational support and serve as a trained backup to the Pricing Administrator during absences and periods of increased workload
Coordinate account setup for Mega Pride and Quantum accounts under the direction of the Pricing Administrator
Independently process routine account-specific pricing setups updates and approved pricing change requests
Coordinate and implement approved pricing changes for Pride and Quantum products components and accessories
Support product and accessory launches through pricing system setup validation reporting and documentation
Conduct periodic pricing audits across applicable systems order forms price lists and sales materials
Research pricing discrepancies and coordinate corrections with Pricing Product Management Sales IT and other appropriate teams
Maintain pricing documentation audit records approval documentation and implementation tracking
Assist with special pricing projects account analysis reporting and other responsibilities necessary to provide effective backup coverage
Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training
Focus on continuous improvement and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
Assist with organization and cleaning of work area keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times

Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Excellent web database and system navigation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including lookups pivot tables data validation and data reconciliation preferred
At least 5 years of experience in a professional office or sales environment
At least 7 years of experience in a fast-paced business professional office and/or sales environment dealing with multiple departments preferred
At least 1 year in a professional role using ERP CRM pricing or inventory management systems preferred
High School Diploma or GED
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
