Job Summary

The Division is seeking a (ASA5)-High Level Contractor ADM Analyst to join the Contractor and Asset Management team (CAM). The CAM business unit team manages and administers capital i.e. servers/projectors and non-capital i.e. workstation printers/laptops asset inventory billing deployment and surplus of all office equipment and provides different levels of maintenance for all vendor and contractor groups within the agency system.
The Contractor ADM Analyst will support a portion of the inventory management lifecycle for all assets. This role will support the CAM director with administrative tasks and Information Systems Analyst with asset management. The tasks include but are not limited to; developing new and existing policies and procedures for managing administrative programs and activities deployment of assets offboarding system maintenance and surplus. This role will directly face their supportive unit.
In this role time management respectful and positive customer service relations and attention to detail is of the utmost importance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and respond to inbound emails in the Vendor Intake mailbox
Assist with the maintenance of various databases and software systems
New user set-up requests tracking and monitoring completion
Support Information Systems Analyst or Director of CAM in efforts for contractors DAY ONE reporting
Assist with Tenncare Monthly Billing report for assigned assets.
Research and perform asset validation in ServiceNow database system
Assist with computer refresh and deployments
Assist with Capital and Non-Capital Asset audits

Support the CAM team in administrative projects on an as needed basis provided by Information Systems Analyst or Director of CAM these assignments also include special/one-time projects.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of experience in administrative technical and customer service-oriented role
Bachelors and/or A.A.S or equivalent experience
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Professional and effective communication skills verbal and written
Strong research and analytical skillset including the ability to integrate information from multiple sources
Advanced Microsoft Suite skillset for all applications
Strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize multi-task and manage workload to meet specific
timeframes and deadlines
Ability to foster and maintain satisfactory and harmonious working relationship with the team.
Comfortable using computers and appropriate programs to accomplish administrative activities.

Confident with interacting with co-workers and leaders with creative mindfulness.
Must be professional and follow directions
