Job Summary:
Provides branch-level administrative and operational support to ensure accurate financial processing and office coordination. Processes invoices reconciles accounts and supports daily office functions under the direction of the Branch Manager. Maintains documentation and vendor relationships to support branch operations. Ensures timely resolution of routine administrative and financial matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Processes and reconciles invoices to ensure accurate payments and financial reporting.
Supports implementation of purchase orders order entry and branch-level transaction processing.
Collaborates with vendors and internal teams to resolve routine discrepancies and account issues.

Supports Branch Manager with reporting documentation preparation and operational coordination as needed.
Maintains organized records to support audit readiness and compliance documentation.
Performs data entry and general administrative tasks as needed.
Education Qualifications:
High School Education/GED or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
13 years of experience in administrative support accounts payable order processing or a related field required.
Experience in construction supply or equipment operations preferred.
