Strittmatter Wealth Management Group LLC (SWMG) is a boutique Registered Investment Advisor located in Fort Worth TX. We have been in business since 2007 and specialize in retirement planning investment management and business planning to high-net-worth clients and business owners. What makes us different is that we are an independent investment firm that offers unique investment options that many other firms do not offer including Alternative Investments Private Real Estate portfolios and access to world class Institutional Managers.

Position Details
Location: Fort Worth TX
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Compensation: $20 to $25 per hour plus performance-based bonus
Status: Full Time 40 hours per week

Job Responsibilities
Serve as liaison between clients advisors custodians and third-party providers
Manage CRM systems reporting metrics NAUM tracking and post meeting workflows
Prepare investment proposals process trades and assist with insurance applications and underwriting coordination
Support advisors with licensing training coordination and scheduling
Handle administrative functions including phones mail scanning meeting preparation and event support

Job Requirements
Minimum five years of administrative experience
Bachelors degree preferred
Strong operational and multitasking capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional judgment and consistent ethical standards
Financial services experience preferred
Proficiency with Redtail VeoOne Adhesion eMoney Riskalyze Microsoft Office Google Workspace RoboForm Guru and Precise FP preferred but not required
