Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Regional Vice President and his/her reportable. Includes preparation of executive level reports and presentations budget development and task management tracking correspondence and filing. May also provide assistance/guidance to others as required. This position requires the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work well with other departments. Work independently and within a team on special and nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Act as a project manager for special projects at the request of the Region Vice President which may include presentations disseminating information and coordination between cross-functional teams to include but not limited to; service operations and A/ other administrative support duties including assisting with communication with Attorney Generals throughout the region for final approval of the Region Vice you bring: High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 3 years previous experience in an administrative support role requiredPrior Propane Industry knowledge preferred but not working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook and ExcelExcellent customer service skillsOrganized accountable and detail orientedComfortable in an environment filled with competing priorities deadlines and urgent requestsAbility to communicate clearly and professionally via in-person telephone and email communicationAbility to travel as needed (less than 15%)Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. The preference is for candidates who reside in the following states: Connecticut Vermont Massachusetts Rhode Island New Hampshire or Maine.
