What You Will Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalentwith at least two(2)years of experiencein a clerical type position
- Microsoft Word skills to include the ability to create reports containing graphs and other intermediate functions (e.g. perform mail merge insert table of contents)
- Microsoft Excel skills to include the ability to create spreadsheets and perform intermediate functions (e.g. create formulas insert graphs pivot tables)
- Microsoft PowerPoint skills to include the ability to create and generate presentations ( slidesinsert an imagemoveand resizeobjects)
- Ability to effectively manage and execute multiple tasksand priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality quality and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes
- Math skills to include simple addition subtraction multiplication and division
- Ability to identify issues compare data investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues
