NWPS is looking for an Administrative Assistant who loves completing a variety of tasks with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment. The administrative assistant will work directly with the mailroom clerk and under the supervision of the office manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Scanning and saving files
Data entry
Filing and organizing documents
Printing folding stamping envelopes
Operating folding machine and postage machine
Opening and sorting mail
Special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Familiarity in Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel.
Strong attention to detail
Education/Previous Experience:
High School diploma with a minimum of one (1) year of general administrative support experience required.
OR
Any equivalent combination of experience education and/or training approved by Human Resources.
