As our Administrative Assistant youll be an invaluable part of our office team supporting leadership and ensuring seamless daily operations with kindness and high-quality work.
Every day youll manage inquiries greet visitors contribute to stakeholder meetings (clinical staff to CEO) and utilize Google Suite to maintain seamless operations and confidentiality.
To be successful you must possess exceptional organizational skills a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to anticipating needs and providing timely accurate support.
- Greets and Directs all visitors vendors physicians and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Provides clerical support including answering telephones greeting clients and visitors making appointments and referrals typing filing routing mail and travel arrangements
- Acts as direct assistant to the Manager or Director
- Arranges Participates in and Implements conferences and meetings
- Provides information to staff
- Manages Outlook calendar or multiple Outlook calendars handles travel arrangements as necessary
- High School Graduate General Studies and At least one (1) year of experience in an administrative support role upon hire or
- High School GED General Studies and At least one (1) year of experience in an administrative support role upon hire
- None upon hire
