We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations in a remote contract role. The ideal candidate is proactive dependable and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. This position requires excellent communication time management and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
  • Respond to emails phone calls and other correspondence professionally.
  • Prepare edit and organize documents reports and presentations.
  • Maintain digital records and ensure accurate document management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense tracking as needed.
  • Assist with data entry research and administrative projects.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Support team members with general administrative duties.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree is a plus.
  • 2 years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Zoom Microsoft Teams Slack or similar platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
