The Opportunity
Youll be supporting a very busy office lead who manages a high volume of work and is looking for a dependable partner to help keep things running smoothly. This role plays an important part in ensuring orders are accurate and deliveries are coordinated effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers placing orders
• Monitor email first thing in the morning for urgent requests
• Enter orders into an established system
• Ensure accuracy so the correct product reaches the correct customer
• Coordinate next-day delivery routes with drivers
• Help prioritize deliveries based on location (Buffalo Syracuse Binghamton)
• Work with both commercial and residential customers
