Job Summary
- Support the day-to-day administrative operations of the center including scheduling filing recordkeeping and office organization.
- Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for families visitors and staff.
- Communicate with parents and families regarding enrollment attendance billing center updates and general inquiries via phone email and in person.
- Maintain accurate student and administrative records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and licensing requirements.
- Assist center leadership with reporting data entry documentation and other administrative projects.
- Support the coordination of meetings events and center communications.
- Help foster a positive professional and family-friendly environment for children families and team members.
- Have a genuine passion for supporting children families and educators
- Hold a high school diploma or GED (ECE coursework preferred but not required)
- Possess strong organizational multitasking and communication skills
- Demonstrate proficiency with basic computer applications and office technology
