The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support to the General Manager and mill leadership team while helping establish an efficient professional administrative operation for Hampton Lumbers new mill in Allendale SC.

Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and mill leadership team.
- Manage calendars meetings appointments and conference room schedules.
- Prepare meeting agendas presentations reports correspondence and other documents.
- Coordinate leadership meetings and maintain meeting notes and action-item follow-up.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist with preparation of reports and information requested by corporate leadership.
- Manage incoming calls correspondence mail and general administrative inquiries.
- Order and maintain office supplies and administrative materials.
- Coordinate office services and assist with maintaining a professional office environment.
Visitor & Community Support
- Serve as a professional first point of contact for visitors to the mill office.
- Coordinate visitor schedules and assist with site visits and tours.
- Assist with arrangements for corporate visitors customers vendors and community partners.
- Support mill events community activities and leadership visits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of administrative office management executive assistant or similar experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience working in a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience supporting senior leadership.
- Experience coordinating meetings events and visitors.
