As an Administrative Assistant at Interdent you will play a key role in supporting daily operations coordinating communication and ensuring that our healthcare team can focus on delivering outstanding patient care. - Provide comprehensive administrative support to healthcare teams and leadership
- Manage incoming calls emails and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule appointments meetings and coordinate calendars for multiple team members
- Prepare and maintain patient documents records and confidential files
- Assist with data entry and ensure accuracy in electronic health records
- Coordinate communication between departments patients and external partners
- Support billing and documentation processes as needed
- Maintain office supplies and assist with vendor communication
- Draft memos emails and other day-to-day correspondence
- Perform general clerical duties including scanning printing and filing
- Help improve administrative workflows to increase efficiency
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding patient and company information
- Entry-level administrative experience or relevant internship exposure preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) or similar tools
- Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs
- Basic understanding of healthcare administration or medical terminology is a plus
