Position Overview
The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role focuses on task-based routine administrative functions and requires strong organization attention to detail and a willingness to learn internal systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties including data entry filing and document management
Support job tracking scheduling and internal coordination of restoration projects
Answer phones and assist with customer communication in a professional manner
Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting
Assist with invoicing support and basic QuickBooks-related tasks (as needed)
Support team with day-to-day operational and clerical needs
Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks
Qualifications
13 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
Prior experience in therestoration construction or service-based industry strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Comfortable performing repetitive task-oriented administrative work
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not required
Strong communication and time management skills
Willingness to learn company systems and processes
