• Assist in daily administrative duties like organizing files and managing communications.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings appointments and events for the university staff.
• Handle inquiries from students faculty and external parties providing information as needed.
• Maintain databases and records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of student and staff information.
• Support various departments with administrative tasks including preparing reports and correspondence.

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associates degree is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer service mindset.
