Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized dependable and professional Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented communicates effectively and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars appointments meetings and scheduling.

Answer and direct phone calls emails and other correspondence.

Prepare documents reports presentations and spreadsheets.

Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.

Coordinate meetings including agendas materials and meeting notes.

Assist with data entry recordkeeping and routine administrative tasks.

Process invoices expense reports purchase orders and other administrative documentation as needed.

Order office supplies and maintain office inventory.

Assist with travel arrangements and meeting logistics.

Welcome visitors and provide professional customer service.

Support managers and team members with special projects and administrative needs.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

13 years of administrative or office-support experience preferred.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Professional dependable and positive attitude.

Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.

Compensation & Benefits
