Liberty POST Buffalo is looking for an Administrative Assistant to work in their North Tonawanda office in a part-time POST has offered its clients a range of high-quality and individualized services since 1994. Backed by Liberty Resources Inc. and part of a large social services circle originally POST was a speech-language practice in Syracuse NY and has grown to provide a range of services throughout New York State and Indiana. We employ over 500 professionals in a variety of settings and offer a collaborative team approach to provide evaluation direct therapy and family education through child-directed play. We are focused on the importance of a childs natural learning environment a familys unique strengths and needs and the diverse population we of Position:The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Buffalo POST Program in a variety of functions in a professional exciting caring and rewarding work environment. The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical administrative and general office related duties in support of Liberty POST. The administrative assistant position plays a pivotal role in supporting families to access quality services for children primarily birth to 12 years of Job Functions: Function: Perform as an essential part of the POST Team providing administrative support to the POST Regional Director supervisors clinical staff and other administrative and Coordination: Effectively communicates with clients families and agencies while scheduling appointments and following up on necessary paperwork for Management: Prepares processes and maintains client documentation including correspondence consent forms and reports ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in data entry (utilizing programs such as ProviderSoft and/or Microsoft 365).Quality Control and Compliance: Takes responsibility for the quality of work adheres to corporate and regional policies and meets deadlines all while collaborating in a team-driven Requirements: High School Diploma (or equivalent)Job Type: Part-timePay Rate: $16.00 - $17.00 per hourLiberty POST is an equal opportunity employer.
