We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our facility. This temporary full-time position serves as a key resource for residents visitors staff and leadership by providing administrative clerical and customer service support.
- Greet and assist visitors residents families and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Provide administrative support to department managers and facility leadership
- Maintain filing systems records and office documentation
- Assist with data entry reports correspondence and scheduling
- Process organize and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Support onboarding orientation and general HR-related administrative tasks as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality of resident employee and facility information
- Assist with special projects and facility events as needed
- Ensure the front office remains organized professional and welcoming
- Provide excellent customer service while supporting day-to-day facility operations
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous administrative receptionist customer service or healthcare office experience preferred
- Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Strong customer service skills
