Pay Range:

Hourly Rate: $26.44 - $33.65

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience geographic location education and skills/achievements and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

Job Description

The Kinetic Group is a world leader in the design manufacturing and distribution of small caliber ammunition under the iconic brands B&P CCI Federal Premium Fiocchi HEVI-Shot Remington and Speer. We have domestic ammunition manufacturing facilities in Minnesota Idaho Arkansas and Missouri and service law enforcement government agencies and sporting enthusiasts throughout the world. Today The Kinetic Group is a part of the Ammo division of The Czechoslovak Group (CSG) which holds a diverse portfolio of companies in the defense security automotive aerospace and rail industries.

The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative legal compliance marketing and office operations support to ensure efficient daytoday business functions. This role serves as a trusted liaison across departments managing calendars documentation reporting and coordination efforts while handling sensitive information with discretion.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Corporate Compliance Legal and is based out of our Anoka office.

What youll do:

Administrative & Department Support

  • Manage calendars for Legal HR and Marketing teams as requested.

  • Arrange travel prepare and process expense reports and coordinate meetings.

  • Plan coordinate and support company and departmental events including trainings and corporate functions.

  • Sort and distribute mail for Legal Compliance HR and Marketing.

  • Review and process invoices check requests and wire transfers.

Legal & Compliance Support

  • Assist with due diligence/screenings and foreign visitor management by gathering necessary documents and inputting data into required databases.

  • Coordinate onboarding and documentation for outside counsel.

  • Serve as a trusted liaison between Legal/Compliance and internal stakeholders.

  • Notarize legal and business documents including affidavits (active Notary commission preferred).

  • Track and manage attorney Continuing Legal Education (CLE) State Bar compliance and license renewals and professional memberships.

  • Ensure adherence to privacy data protection and ethical standards.

Marketing & Customer Support Coordination

  • Support Marketing with processing nocharge orders and submitting credit card applications.

  • Work with Customer Support to place orders resolve issues and track orders for Marketing team shooters.

  • Serve as a liaison between Marketing and team shooters.

  • Generate timely reports including:

    • nocharge order recap

    • AA recap

    • open order reports for shooters

    • kids and clays recap

    • additional reports as requested

Office Operations

  • Order and maintain office supplies; assist with shipping and creating labels (FedEx USPS UPS).

  • Order merchandise for events as requested.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information using sound judgment and discretion.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience you bring:

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.

  • 2 years of general office or administrative experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact confidently and professionally.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).

  • Willingness and ability to learn travel booking and expense software.

  • Active Notary Public commission in Minnesota preferred.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong organizational prioritization and timemanagement skills.

  • High attention to detail with a qualitycontrol mindset.

  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication.

  • Sound judgment integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.

  • Collaborative solutionsoriented and adaptable.


Work Environment:

Employee work assignments may include tasks working with and/or exposure to potentially hazardous areas including flammables and explosives. Safety training is provided to all employees to ensure compliance with company and federal regulations.
