We are seeking a highly organized and process-driven Administrative Assistant to support administrative client service and operational workflows.

What Youll Do:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team ensuring effective organization and proactively managing schedules priorities and tasks to keep operations on track
- Complete and process new and existing client paperwork and forms
- Review applications and paperwork for completeness and accuracy before submission
- Handle document management including scanning copying secure uploads and emails
- Maintain the firms CRM (Redtail) through accurate data entry and database management
- Support team by preparing reports presentations and meeting materials
- Maintain office filing system both paper and electronic
- Provide support as needed at seminars and client events
- Back up Client Service Administrator as needed
- Assist the team with various administrative tasks
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 years administrative or client service experience
- Demonstrates strong proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently
- Excellent communication; written and verbal professional and well spoken
- Collaborative team player willing to assist others
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple client requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasks
- Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Skilled in building strong trust-based relationships with clients by providing attentive personalized service and guidance
What Youll Get:

- $65k-$85k/year based on experience

Schedule:
- In office: Monday Friday 9am-5pm
- Occasional evenings required for client events
