Actuary Inforce Management
Position Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Actuary Inforce Management to support the profitability and long-term performance of its life and annuity business. This individual will lead inforce management initiatives perform actuarial analysis and partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead experience studies assumption development and rate recommendations.
- Analyze inforce business performance and provide actionable business insights.
- Support profitability initiatives reinsurance analyses and strategic projects.
- Collaborate with Product Finance Investments and other business partners.
- Provide actuarial support for regulatory filings and compliance.
- Manage and mentor actuarial team members while driving process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Actuarial Science Mathematics Statistics Finance or a related field.
- ASA or FSA with a minimum of 7 years of actuarial experience.
- Strong analytical communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with actuarial modeling pricing assumption development and financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of statutory GAAP tax and regulatory requirements.
Compensation
- $140000$210000 base salary plus comprehensive benefits and potential incentive compensation.
