Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain actuarial models for insurance pricing reserving forecasting and risk analysis.
  • Analyze statistical and financial data to identify trends risks and business opportunities.
  • Support pricing strategies reserve calculations and profitability analysis.
  • Perform predictive analytics and statistical modeling using Python R SQL or similar tools.
  • Prepare actuarial reports dashboards and presentations for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with underwriting finance claims and risk management teams to support strategic initiatives.
  • Validate data quality and ensure accuracy of actuarial calculations and assumptions.
  • Assist in regulatory reporting and compliance activities.
  • Continuously improve actuarial models methodologies and analytical processes.
  • Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Progress toward or completion of SOA or CAS actuarial exams.
  • Experience with VBA SAS or other actuarial tools.
  • Knowledge of insurance regulations and actuarial standards.
  • Experience with Power BI Tableau or other visualization tools.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Actuarial Science Mathematics Statistics Finance Economics or a related quantitative field.
