Job Summary
Peraton is now hiring for an AcquisitionLogistics Specialist for its Federal Strategic Cyber program.
Location: Quantico Virginia
In this role you will:
- Obtain quotes and estimates for hardware software and service purchases.
- Develop strategies to maximize the impact of annual funding through costsaving measures and alternative procurement options.
- Track monthly billing expenditures and budget utilization.
- Serve as Property Custodian including accountability for government vehicles.
- Perform physical inventories audits and reconciliations for hardware equipment and mobile devices.
- Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs as required by the role.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Business Administration or related field with 5 years of experience; OR Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Ph.D. in Accounting Business Administration or related field with 1 year of experience.
- An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of the bachelors degree.
- Minimum 5 years of acquisition and procurement experience
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Recent FBI experience on a major FBI program project or activity.
- Experience in covert procurement and program management.
