Accounts Payable Specialist

Gandrud Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payableprofessional to join our team in Green Bay WI. This role is essential in managing and processing our companys financial obligations to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Process and verify invoices and expense reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and process payments to vendors via check ACH or wire transfer.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities as they relate to accounts payable.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

• Previous experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in accounting or finance is a plus.
