Accounts Payable Manager

Summary:The AP Manager is responsible for ensuring payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintain accurate records and control reports. They review applicable accounting reports and accounts payable registers to ensure accuracy. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversees routine department activities and manages accounting functions including maintenance of general ledger accounts payable accounts receivable and project accounting; ensures accuracy and for periodic disbursement cycles including check wire ACH and foreign currency disbursements. Manage and correct errors or exceptions that impact the payment cycle. Work closely with Purchasing and Financial Management to ensure payments are approved and made. Manage external vender calls and inquiries related to accounts payable.
