Provide administrative support for Accounts Payable operations by reviewing and auditing payment requests verifying reconciliations and ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
Responsibilities
Perform general office and administrative support functions. Scan organize and maintain invoice documentation and records. Review and audit payment requests for accuracy completeness and compliance with established procedures. Audit reconciliation reports to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Assist with records management and document processing as needed. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Little to no prior experience required. Ability and willingness to learn Accounts Payable and administrative support processes. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Word and Excel. Strong attention to detail with the ability to review documents for accuracy. Ability to follow instructions maintain organized records and complete tasks in a timely manner. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
