WHO YOU ARE
You are an experiencedAccounting Specialistwith at least one (1) year of accounting experience and a passion for customer service and youre ready to hit the ground running. You take pride in living out our values every day joining a company committed tobuilding community and changing lives.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING
  • Processing and analyzing financial records with the highest level of service and quality in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Performing all accounting activities related to accounts payable accounts receivable and month-end for an assigned business unit(s).
WHAT YOU NEED
  • High-school diploma or GED equivalent. An associates degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
  • At least one (1) year of accounting experience.
  • Accounting experience in real estate and/or property management is preferred.
  • Proficient in computer systems including Microsoft Excel Word Outlook and accounting software. Proficiency in RealPage or other Property Management software is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation valid drivers license and motor vehicle insurance
