Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to make an immediate impact with a progressive professional organization We are partnering with a valued and well respected law firm seeking a dedicated Accountant / Accounting Specialist to handle day-to-day financial operations accounts payable and month-end closing functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable (AP): Manage full-cycle AP operations with accuracy and speed.
- Banking & Deposits: Process and reconcile daily financial deposits seamlessly.
- Expense Management: Review process and reconcile employee expense reports.
- Accounting Operations: Execute daily and month-end accounting functions to ensure financial integrity.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Accounting degree OR an Associates degree paired with 8 to 10 years of robust accounting experience.
- Technical Skills: Significant hands-on experience working with Microsoft Excel for data management and financial tracking.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail high numerical accuracy and stellar organizational and time-management skills.
