The Accounting Coordinator will handle escrow accounts real estate closing funds and daily financial records. Additionally managing escrow reconciliations and processing disbursement files.
Your specific duties will include:

The Accounting Coordinator will handle escrow accounts real estate closing funds and daily financial records. Additionally managing escrow reconciliations and processing disbursement files.
Your specific duties will include:
- Balance daily escrow accounts to make sure every dollar matches real estate closing files.
- Print checks once all funds are received and the Land or Residential Home file is clear to close.
- Record daily deposits handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Follow state rules and strict audit standards to protect client money.
- 2-4 years of general accounting experience.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Escrow/Title Real Estate or Banking experience highly preferred.
