This position is based in the office Monday through Friday and offers flexibility with a start time between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
In this role responsibilities include:
Monthly financial and data analysis
Monthly reconciliations from subledger to general ledger
Monthly journal entries
Monthly/quarterly reporting including providing direct support for Regulatory and SEC filings
Complete ad hoc analyses and requests as needed
Contribute to automation and process improvement efforts

- Provides timely and accurate financial record keeping and reporting as directed by management.
- Maintains financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards.
- Creates reports on financial performance for internal and external use.
- Completes month-end quarter-end and year-end closing activities including the preparation of journal entries and appropriate audit work papers and the reconciliation of accounts for such activities. These activities may relate to bank accounting loans and investments deposits and tax including preparing the appropriate audit work papers for such activities.
- Creates and utilizes automated tools for the updating analyzing and reporting of financial results.
