Accountant Operations Analyst Program August 2027 Start

The Operations Analyst Program is a six month rotational program that offers broad and in-depth exposure to business operations at Susquehanna and will prepare you for an Accounting position that immediately impacts our business.

During the program youll rotate through teams such as Trade Operations Financial Operations Trade Support and Compliance to gain hands-on experience and a deep understanding of Susquehannas structure. These rotations include daily responsibilities and project work that will familiarize you with business operations and how financial data flows into the general ledger. Classroom training will further develop your technical business and firm-specific knowledge.

Youll build a strong network across the firm and receive mentorship from senior accounting and operations professionals who will support your growth. By the end of your rotations youll be equipped to make a meaningful impact on the accounting team.

After the program youll join the accounting team where youll deepen your understanding of accounting and the business lines you support. Youll take full ownership of preparing and reconciling financial statements and general ledgers including monthly and annual consolidated financial and regulatory reports. Youll also develop expertise in relevant accounting rules and policies support financial and regulatory audits and collaborate with the tax team on related filings.

• Students pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in accounting looking to start a full-time job upon graduation
• Candidates with an advanced knowledge of Excel as well as experience with Python HTML VBA or SQL preferred
• Prior co-op/internship/project experience in accounting a plus
• Students who have an ability to collaborate with a team while having the confidence to work independently
• Candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit who are flexible and have a commitment to innovation
• Individuals with an ability and desire to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
• Students who demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
