Program Description:

The Finance Department at RBHA manages the agencys financial operations ensuring accuracy compliance and transparency. The team includes the CFO Controller Finance Manager Financial Reporting Analyst Senior Accountant and Staff Accountants I & II. Department responsibilities include budgeting forecasting financial reporting grants management internal controls accounts payable and receivable audit preparation and compliance with federal state and local regulations.

Job Summary

Apply accounting principles to manage financial records reporting and compliance with greater autonomy. Support budgeting audits and financial analysis across departments.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports

• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and agency policies

• Support budget development and monitoring

• Assist with external audits and regulatory reporting

• Provide guidance to junior accounting staff
