Account Manager Spokane

We are partnering with a growing healthcare organization to identify anAccount Managerin the SPOKANE marketplace responsible for managing protecting and growing an established customer base. This is a field-based role focused on building strong customer relationships solving problems and identifying opportunities for account growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing customer relationships
• Provide ongoing face-to-face customer support
• Identify opportunities to expand business within current accounts
• Resolve customer needs and ensure a strong customer experience
• Partner closely with the Territory Manager to support territory growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required
• 1 year of account management B2B sales customer support or field-based client experience
• Healthcare experience is not required
• Strong relationship-building communication and problem-solving skills
• Must reside within the territory

Compensation:
$50K$60K base $5K sign-on bonus uncapped commission
