Account Manager

Crestfield Talent is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Account Manager to manage client relationships support customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for business growth.

This hybrid role is suited for someone who enjoys working with clients solving problems and collaborating with different teams to maintain strong business relationships.

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing business clients
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and account needs
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand business
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met
• Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction
• Assist clients with product information service requests and account updates
• Develop account plans and support customer retention initiatives
• Track client interactions and account activities using CRM software
• Resolve customer concerns and coordinate appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to achieve business objectives

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities
• Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach
• Previous experience in account management sales customer service or business development is preferred
