• Coordinate staffing for custodial grounds and warehouse services across multiple school facilities.
• Serve as the main liaison between client representatives site supervisors and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and client-specific policies.
• Monitor attendance and performance addressing any issues promptly.
• Support payroll processing and invoicing for staffing assignments.
• Maintain accurate records for employee files and compliance documentation.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources Public Administration or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in coordinating staffing services for custodial facilities grounds warehouse or general labor roles.
• Knowledge of employment compliance requirements including background screening and clearance-based onboarding.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• US Citizen Only.

• Experience supporting staffing programs in government school district or other regulated environments.
• Experience with workforces performing physical labor and safety-sensitive duties.
