You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients driving onboarding and ongoing account success to ensure reliable service delivery and strong client relationships. Your work will influence client satisfaction operational improvements and cross-functional initiatives with operations and leadership.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries requests and account-related concerns
• Lead new client onboarding including discovery calls account configuration and implementation planning
• Gather and document client requirements and develop customized call-handling scripts and procedures
• Monitor account performance analyze feedback and service trends and address client concerns promptly
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to implement solutions that enhance service quality
• Recommend process improvements and best practices to increase efficiency and client satisfaction
• Assist with special projects and initiatives that support company growth and service excellence

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and lasting client relationships
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service

• Previous experience in account management customer success client services or customer support (preferred)
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business software
