Account Executive

As an Account Executive you will play a key role in supporting customer relationships processing financial transactions and helping drive business growth for our store. You will work closely with the team to deliver outstanding service and contribute to the companys reputation for reliability and trust in the community.

We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $19 - $29 USD along with opportunities for growth and development in a supportive fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in financial services and customer relationship management.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
• Process pawn transactions loans and purchases accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and financial services
• Evaluate and appraise items brought in for pawn or sale
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Promote company products and services to new and existing customers
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and financial regulations
• Support inventory management and merchandising efforts
• Handle cash and process payments with accuracy and accountability
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Entry-level experience in sales customer service or financial services
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
• Ability to lift and handle merchandise as needed
• Preferred: Prior experience in retail or pawn operations
